In general, students are expected to attend all lessons every week as per their schedule. In the event of schedule conflicts, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- “No show” is a charged lesson. No make-up will be scheduled.
- Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation is a charged lesson, including sick/traffic excuses. No make-up scheduled.
- Schedule conflicts: advise your teacher more than 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule the lesson.
- Should a lesson be rescheduled, either by the parent or teacher, both parties will observe the schedule change and the 24 hour notice is still observed.
- The Studio has a calendar (www.adrianaspianostudio.weebly.com). This calendar indicates which weeks attendance is required and when everyone is off.
- Payment for lessons are expected in advance for the month (you may opt to pay per lesson). After 30 days from the date of invoice, a late payment fee of $10 is charged. Please plan to pay within a week of receiving your invoice.
- If a student attends only 75% or less of his/her lessons (i.e. regularly cancels one or more lesson per month), a student could be asked to discontinue lessons so the studio can provide instruction to a student who plans to attend weekly. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate students who wish to attend only 2 or 3 lessons in every month.
